Introduction to the “Swim with Dolphins” experience

This experience was designed to turn a dream into reality: seeing a dolphin up close, touching it, kissing it and swimming alongside it. The marine park, located in open sea in Punta Cana, offers supervised, respectful and accessible interactions.

Access & organization without transfers

This version is offered without transportation included. You make your own way to the confirmed meeting point in Punta Cana. After booking, we send you the exact address, assigned schedule and all the necessary information.

If you prefer not to organize transportation yourself, an optional private transfer can be arranged on request depending on your hotel location.

“Funtastic” Program — approximately 30 minutes

The Funtastic program is ideal for first-time visitors or guests who cannot swim. You remain in a shallow area where the water is around waist level. The dolphin approaches you, allows you to touch and kiss it, and interacts in a gentle and emotional atmosphere.

“Explorer” Program — approximately 45 minutes

The Explorer program includes all the interactions from the Funtastic experience and adds a swimming interaction where the dolphin gently guides you through the water by its pectoral fins.

“Excellence” Program — approximately 60 minutes with 2 dolphins

The Excellence program is the most complete option. You enjoy a one-hour session with two dolphins, including more spectacular interactions such as the famous double foot-push, where the dolphins propel you out of the water.

Supervision, safety & languages

All interactions are supervised by trained professionals. Every participant wears a life jacket, and safety instructions are explained before entering the water.

Groups are limited depending on the selected program: 20 participants for Funtastic, 12 participants for Explorer and 10 participants for Excellence. Multiple groups may sometimes share the same pool area during the activity.

The staff welcomes international visitors daily. English and Spanish are commonly spoken on site. French communication may sometimes remain basic, but the essential instructions are always clearly explained.

Photos, lunch & practical recommendations

Personal photos are not allowed during the activity. An official photographer offers paid photo packages at the end of the session.

Lunch is not included. We recommend bringing extra cash or a credit card if you wish to buy sandwiches, snacks, drinks or souvenirs on site.

Please arrive wearing your swimsuit under your clothes and bring a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses and a payment method for optional purchases.
