The excursion begins with a visit of Casa del Coco, where you will discover how coconut oil is traditionally extracted.

You will also enjoy tastings of local products such as tropical fruits, freshly roasted coffee, cocoa and other Dominican specialties.

🐒 Discover Monkeyland

You will then continue with a guided visit of the squirrel monkey park located in the heart of tropical nature.

These curious and playful little monkeys love climbing down from the trees to eat from your hands or pose for photos with you.

Accompanied by the park team, you will be able to interact with the squirrel monkeys in a safe and respectful environment.

If you choose this option, a simple lunch is included and the return to your hotel will take place later in the afternoon.

No, meals are not included in the Monkeyland half-day excursion. However, if you choose the zipline option, a simple meal is included.

2. Can I do this excursion while pregnant?
Yes, the Monkeyland excursion without the zipline is accessible to pregnant women.

3. Can I participate if I suffer from allergies?
If you suffer from severe nut allergies, unfortunately this excursion is not recommended.

4. Can I participate if I have the flu?
No. Squirrel monkeys are very fragile and should not be in contact with people showing contagious symptoms.

5. Can I add the zipline option on the same day?
No, we strongly recommend booking the zipline option in advance because it usually cannot be added directly on-site.

6. What time does the excursion end?
Return is usually scheduled around 2:00 PM for Monkeyland half-day and around 5:00 PM with the zipline option.
