Can I book without a deposit?
Yes. No deposit is required: payment can be made on the morning of your first activity, unless otherwise noted on the tour page.
When and where is hotel pickup?
You’ll receive the exact time and pickup/meeting point in a confirmation message sent within a few hours (often minutes) after your booking.
Do you provide hotel ↔ activity transportation?
Yes—this is included on most excursions departing from serviced hotel areas (see each tour page).
What languages do the guides speak?
French-speaking guides are available on most outings (also Spanish/English depending on the tour). The language is indicated on each page.
